She works to identify, prioritize, and evaluate the needs of the project team. “All of this has to be done in a timely manner and it has to be accurate to maintain project timelines,” Matzen explains. “My job is to provide support to our business and IT teams.” She is a key representative of the insurance department.
Mercedes Matzen works with vendors, professionals, and other agencies on a daily basis to ensure operations are running as efficiently as possible. “We work to improve the healthcare industry by offering support for electronic healthcare records, project teams, research, and analysis to improve current procedures implemented,” Mercedes Matzen explains. “There are few different kinds of insurance policies that companies and individuals need.” Mercedes Matzen finds the best plans that will offer essential benefits as well as new market opportunities to individuals and companies.
