Amazon Corporation and Jeff Bezos – The Definition of Success

The Amazon Corporation and Jeff Bezos are most definitely the definition of success. Both men came up from humble beginnings. In fact, Bezos was born into a very poor Russian Jewish family in Cleveland Ohio. His father was the owner of a dry-cleaning store.

Jeff Bezos’ father died when he was a young child. His mother had to work two jobs just to make ends meet. He spent his days studying accounting, math, and science at night.

Jeff Bezos’ first job after college was as a manager in a bank. He worked his way up the ladder and eventually became a vice president.

Management is something that Jeff was very good at. He was very successful at getting people to buy things they would normally not purchase. Once he figured out how to sell and get other people to buy, he became a millionaire in his early twenties.

All of Jeff’s values are the same ones that founded the corporation. And Amazon is going to do well because of the business that they offer. Amazon offers products that people want to buy and people want to use.
