Priyank Chopra – The Guru in His Hands

Priyank Chopra is the leading guru in his field and has been a best selling author for over a decade. He is a celebrated personality, who lives by the principles of the deep spirituality that teaches self-improvement and wisdom. He is a certified master yoga teacher who is said to be the originator of Pilates. He has mastered the art of meditation, which he teaches throughout the world.

Priyank Chopra’s books and stage show “The Secret” are both very successful in different ways. His books are always well written and seem to have a direct connection with the highest level of human consciousness. His stage show however, is known for some of the most eye opening and thought provoking talks on mind, body and spirit.

The stage show is a mix of the shamanistic and mental healing aspects of Yoga. Priyank Chopra himself is a master in the Indian form of Yoga, which includes a number of highly complex breathing exercises as well as meditation techniques, all of which are used to cure the mind, body and spirit of people all over the world. The ancient techniques of healing are said to be closely linked to the ancient medical techniques of India, which have been proven to work in almost every field.

During his career as a yoga master, Priyank Chopra has developed an extensive understanding of Abhyanga Yoga, which is the chief therapy of the Indian medical profession and the study of which forms the basis of allopathy. Abhyanga Yoga is extremely well known for its use as a relaxation technique, but has also been highly successful as a way of improving health, as well as preventing and curing various diseases.

Abhyanga Yoga is a form of advanced, deep breathing exercise, and a natural extension of ancient Indian Yoga methods. Abhyanga Yoga aims to eliminate stress, increase self-esteem and achieve improved mental clarity, as well as the ability to achieve inner freedom from the anxiety, control of anger and hatred, and the ability to avoid falling prey to the deviousness of our minds. Abhyanga Yoga also leads to psychological stability, a rare feat in itself, since it is one of the few forms of Yoga that have been documented to do so.

When one becomes fully aware of what pranayama actually is, he or she may begin to see pranayama as being much more than a simple exercise, which is practiced in the form of breathing exercises and other meditation related poses. A positive meditation of this type not only helps you to release your stress and tension, but also creates a kind of spiritual connection to the inner wisdom and depth of self that we often lack in our modern western culture.

Priyank Chopra has also written many books, and the first of these to hit the streets was “The Secret”. He continues to write more on the spiritual practices of the ancient Indians, which has been proved effective in almost every aspect of human existence, and is very good for reducing stress, insomnia, and a host of other diseases and symptoms.
