Two of the most successful shareholders in the world are Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and Microsoft founder Bill Gates. The reason why they are such great investors is that they have the right stuff – the vision, the know-how and the expertise. What makes them different from the typical investor is that they are both very focused on maximizing their profits while minimizing their risk. They are not out to make a lot of money quickly but rather to build a business that will be here for the long haul. So how do you know when to buy and sell in the stock market? Here are some of the signs that indicate when it is a good time to purchase and sell on the Nasdaq or Pink Sheet stock exchanges.

Amazon Corporation and Jeff Bezos

Jeff Bezos is an interesting character. In his book entitled “The Future of Self-Employment,” he refers to himself as an individual with a “life force.” This is a classic example of saying things like, I have a life force. When something is worth doing that you have a life force, whether it is making money, selling a product or having fun doing it, then something can always be done in your life to generate income from doing it.

When you buy shares in the Nasdaq and Pink Sheet stock markets, what you are really purchasing is your own life force. You are purchasing value. If you believe that the value of your life force is increasing, then it makes sense to buy up shares of the companies that have a product or service that will add value to your life in the way of health, comfort and other things. If you think that the value of your life force will decrease, then the stock market is not the place to buy into because you may run out of steam and lose money.

Another sign that it is a good time to buy into the Nasdaq or Pink Sheet stocks is if the price has declined for a few consecutive weeks. If this is happening to you, then you should go ahead and get in now before the price starts to move upward again. Remember, the price is how the stock is going to make you money. If it is falling, then you shouldn’t be buying because you are already behind the curve and may never catch up.

One more sign that it is a good time to buy into the Nasdaq or Pink Sheet stocks is when the company that is offering you its stock is making a profit. If the company’s profits are increasing, then chances are good that you will make money when you buy into the stock. Now, remember, there is some risk involved when it comes to investing in these types of securities. You need to understand that risk and understand that you need to take some losses in order to make a profit.

Be sure to research thoroughly before you invest in any type of stock and remember that the intrinsic value of a stock is much more valuable than the price that you pay for it. Take your time and understand that you need to buy into the Amazon Corporation and Jeff Bezos investment at the right time. The price of the stock may be too high, but remember that when you buy in at the right time, you can ride the company until it regains momentum and the price goes back down.
