Does Amazon Prime Work For You?

A while back, I was talking to a friend about some reviews I had read online about Amazon Prime and how well it was doing for most people. He asked me why I was surprised by the results because of the comments I had read. I told him that I never really thought Amazon Prime would work so well and yet, I saw so many positive comments from people who had just signed up for the service.

So, I began to research Amazon Prime and I really did see many positive reviews. One thing I found out is that Amazon Prime is really more than just a membership service for them. It is a full time job for their marketing department that has been in business for a very long time now.

Now, if you think that this may sound familiar, then you may be surprised to find out how good the Amazon marketing team really is. The marketing team for Amazon has some of the best, brightest, most creative minds in the business. Their goal is to get as many people as possible to use Amazon and to make Amazon a household name worldwide.

They are constantly working on new ways to promote Amazon and to make more money. One way they do this is by having some of the best advertising tools out there. One of these tools is called the Amazon Sponsored Products Program.

Now, the reason why I’m so happy about the Amazon Sponsored Products Program is because it allows other sellers to be able to have their products featured in an Amazon store. Amazon has over 130 million products and they only have to display five to ten products in their store. Amazon uses this tactic because they know that the average customer only browses their store ten times before they buy something.

By featuring five or ten products, the company can increase the chances of a customer clicking through to that product’s website and making a purchase. Now that’s something that can really add up in terms of sales for the seller.

That is not the only trick that Amazon uses, they also use affiliate programs which means they pay you when someone clicks on one of your ads and makes a purchase. Also, they use other marketing tactics like online promotions and marketing tools to get people to come to their site and shop.

By using all of these strategies, Amazon has no problem keeping its place as the leader in online shopping and has no problem holding onto that position. Why should you consider signing up for Amazon Prime?
