The Weight Loss Cure by Oprah Magazine
Oprah Winfrey is one of the most famous people in the world and her name is synonymous with success. She has a brand new book out on her life called “The Weight Loss Cure.” It’s an interesting read, but you can really get to know Oprah as a person.
The book is definitely a great book, but what I like most about it is that she shares so much about herself and her story. Although it’s always important to get into the nitty gritty of the topics, reading about someone else’s life is a completely different experience. You see how their lives relate to yours and that makes you realize that there are some things that only other people could understand.
This book includes personal stories from Oprah’s life that include the times when she was pregnant, during her divorces, her parents and the death of her sister, and much more. You get to learn about what her family was like, why they divorced, and about the good times and the bad times. It’s a fascinating look at life.
I really enjoyed the weight loss section of the book. I’m not overweight, but I have to lose a lot of weight for a college entrance exam that I’m taking. Oprah can help me with this part of my life.
Oprah Winfrey will talk you through the foods you should eat and how to exercise. You’ll learn a lot about proper nutrition and exercise. You’ll also be introduced to the best exercise for losing weight and getting in shape.
You’ll also learn about how to eat with the Yale school of medicine. She’ll tell you what foods are good and what are the worst to eat. And, you’ll learn what foods are the best to eat and the worst to eat.
This book is definitely worth the read. I actually want to give the book to my daughter to read for her health class. We can’t spend all our time in the library because it’s full of books that are boring and things that are too long. I want to make sure that she learns a lot about what’s going on in her world, and I’ll be giving her a fun book to read with me.
I’m not sure if this book will make the cut on Oprah’s list of best sellers, but I’ll certainly be glad to see it and will definitely won’t rate it lower than a four star review. I enjoyed the stories and I can’t wait to read the rest of the book!
