Jaswant Singh Chail, from Southampton, was found in the castle grounds on Christmas Day, police say.

A man found in the grounds of Windsor Castle on Christmas Day has been charged with treason offences, police said.

Jaswant Singh Chail, aged 20 and from Southampton, has also been charged with threats to kill and possession of an offensive weapon, said the Metropolitan Police.
