One Manchester Arena attack victim could have survived had he got the right care, an inquiry finds.

The performance of the emergency services was far below the standard it should have been” on the night of the Manchester Arena attack, an inquiry has found.

The Manchester Arena Inquiry found the injuries of John Atkinson, one of the attack’s 22 victims, “were survivable” had he got the care he should have.
