Paul Zaichik is an experienced kinesiologist and founder of the powerhouse brand Easyflexibility has always had a passion for stretching and muscle anatomy. He has over 20 years of experience with an exceptional background in exercise sciences.
During his career, he has managed to change the face of physical fitness. This particular method was created as Paul watched his friend, a competitive swimmer, suffer an injury that made the back of his shoulder muscles tighten. His friend began trying anything that could get his range of motion back. He watched as his friend struggled to stretch the posterior deltoid. Then one day when he noticed something; when he moved laterally in a stretch, the stubborn muscle suddenly elongated.
This was a huge development in Paul’s understanding of muscle stretching potential. He was then able to use his in-depth knowledge of the human body, he figured out what had happened. He realized that the muscle would stretch effortlessly when its other actions were engaged. He observed that the stiff muscle would actually stretch when its other action would engage. This experience led Paul to develop his own methods, which he called Zaichik Stretching Techniques. He had initially used the name Kinesiological Stretching Techniques because each technique is based on the science of kinesiology and the muscle lines of pull that boast mobility and awareness.
“A movement system called ‘Target and leverage’, allows the muscle to stretch at each movement or ‘wiggle’,” explained Paul. Zaichik Stretching Techniques are combined with special retention exercises that maintain the flexibility previously acquired in every training session. Every technique isolates and elongates the muscle along its anatomical line of pull.
Because tight muscles translate into easy injuries, this technique focuses on the tighter muscles first. Each stretch is designed to target one muscle at a time, translating into a very safe and rejuvenating experience for your whole body. Incorporating this method into your routine, will make stretching more enjoyable and leave you feeling renewed with the perfect balance of calm vitality. Each stretch is designed to be pain-free, eliminating discomfort and allowing you to continue training to achieve faster results. This holistic program provides lasting results and it’s actually fun! You will quickly see results and experience the benefits of added flexibility that you can show off.
This method is so effective it is now being taught by certified instructors in martial arts dojos, gymnastic gyms, wellness centers, and dance studios. Even yoga studios have successfully implemented these methods to further their client’s flexibility. “With the number of certified instructors exponentially on the rise, I envision that Easyflexibility will eventually be taught in stand-alone schools,” Paul shares. “We currently offer online certification courses for instructors interested in teaching these techniques.”
Each certification provides detailed instructions on how to teach these methods, including what to do and what not to do. Some of these certifications include step-by-step lesson plans. Others will teach you how to put together a training session for yourself and your clients. You will also have a choice of digital videos as an added bonus to obtaining these certifications. These videos provide you with a better idea of how Zaichik Stretching techniques are combined to form specific routines.
These certifications also provide access to a Private Support Group: Believe it or not – this is one of the most important elements of a program as it helps to guide newcomers to the method. Upon registration, for the course, you gain access to the private support group, where you have a 24-hour active community to share your experience with, ask questions and seek advice.
You will also be listed on a private directory of EasyFlexibility Certified Instructors which will allow you to be connected with potential clients that reach out to the company. Not to mention, Easyflexibility will also promote your social media accounts as they have over 400K followers across various social media. Imagine working from home and doing what you love!
