Though it may be somewhat difficult to measure the quality of services and the quality of business in India, at least with the help of surveys you can find out that the customers are actually satisfied with the service and what they say about the services they get from your business is the satisfaction rating. These ratings are the facts of a business, they make it look good and their results actually prove their qualities.
It is true that a business in India has a strong base and is thriving in India. But the fact is that all the surveys conducted by the survey companies, the survey companies are done for the customer satisfaction and not the business satisfaction, and the profit making corporations are not present here but only the surveyors who are hired by the customers and who were hired to give the feedback on the quality of service provided by the business.

But the issue is that the customers are never trusted by the corporations to provide them the true feedback about the services offered by the business, and they just take the false surveys in order to get the profit out of them, and more people prefer to give the false reports as there is a lot of money involved in it. The fake surveys make it really clear to the businessmen that the customer satisfaction survey is the one of the most important factor which should be given equal importance as the business.
The surveyors of the surveys at different locations give the reviews about the customer’s satisfaction in every country, like in India the feedbacks are mostly made in the order of the states or the metropolitan cities where the business is located. This makes it clear to the business persons that the customers have a perception in every state, and if a business decides to expand in a state and not be there in the cities the chances of failure will be much higher.
And the business men should be aware that the people in any state also have their own needs and according to the needs of the people in the prices of the goods and services can be reduced by the corporation if the people of the state to change the perception of the business towards them. This is the way the political power in India works and it is always an advantage to the business man to cooperate with the government if the people change their perception about the business in their state.
After that it becomes essential to give a separate job to the corporate to work only for the customer ratings, as if the customers report their experience in a state they are going to share this with the other corporations in the neighboring states and this will make them more powerful than ever before. Once the customers are able to give the customer ratings by the rating of the company which is given by the customers becomes very important and the problem of the business can be solved without any problem, as the profit is not affected in the slightest.
The customer ratings of the business show the reality of the business, but it should be placed within the background of the facts of the business, so that the customer also would understand about the reality of the business. The business owner should be aware that his business can get a great customer satisfaction rating only when the quality of the service is very high.
