Last year, I took a very long drive to attend the Super Bowl. My brother and I were traveling across the country to see the Chicago Bears and their history, but I couldn’t go if it wasn’t for my best friend. So, how did we get from New York to San Francisco?
Well, we had our choice of where to stay – in any of the host city cities of the Super Bowl. But I wanted to go to my favorite city of San Francisco, so I asked my friend to pick a hotel for me. Well, let’s just say that she and I were not exactly aligned on where to stay. She didn’t want to go to the Mission, or even a Marina Hotel. So, after much research, we decided on one of the best San Francisco hotels.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel San Francisco is located in the heart of downtown San Francisco. It is connected to the Market Street Trolley, which runs to the Museum of Modern Art. This hotel offers great modern amenities and easy access to a whole range of local attractions.
The Crowne Plaza San Francisco is situated in a long, simple driveway with a parking lot just down the street from San Francisco’s Chinatown. It is in a building with many windows, so you can see everything that is going on in the city. The room features a fireplace and a large balcony overlooking the Bay. For a total view of San Francisco and its surrounds, this is a great room.
The next day, I drove across the Bay Bridge, and I was so excited about the short drive to the Golden Gate Bridge. I was excited about seeing the beautiful skyline on the way to my new favorite city.
I had to drop off my baggage at the hotel and I was trying to walk back to the shuttle. I realized that the parking lot was almost empty. I walked toward the waiting area, and the place was completely full. There were lots of tourists wandering around, trying to find parking.
A successful visitor to San Francisco will be able to visit the city and get lost without any of these embarrassing moments.
