Oprah – Make a Difference

Over the years, Oprah Winfrey has been an inspiration for many, inspiring them to achieve their dreams and aspirations. Oprah has become an icon for women of all ages, yet she is also a role model for young women of all ages. As a teenager, I remember watching Oprah on the Oprah Winfrey Show while I was going through some extremely difficult times in my life.

As an adolescent, Oprah showed me how to control my emotions. The only way to stop the chaos I was in was to talk to Oprah about what I was feeling and letting her know that there was hope for me in spite of the situations that I was currently in. In spite of some very bad situations, Oprah still had her famous smile and personality, and she never let me down.

That same childhood encounter with Oprah then became one of the most important moments in my life, because the night after I received that note from “The Life You Want” DVD, I committed to doing something about my situation. I wanted to be a great role model for Oprah’s dream – and I knew that if I could find a way to change my life, I could make a difference in the lives of many.

I decided to dedicate my life to helping others achieve their dreams. One of the things that I have done is to speak at a career fair, where I had the opportunity to give my own advice to many young women. I had the opportunity to tell them that they should consider themselves “gifted,” because they could attain whatever they wanted.

I went on to tell them that if they were not gifted, they should consider taking a different path in life. I told them that they could be anything they wanted if they knew how to move towards their dreams, and that those dreams were just waiting for them, but that they had to step up and take the first step.

Tolivia Ross Lopez Thanks to my success, I have been able to give hundreds of women like me the life they had always dreamed of. Today, I help many young women to live their dreams and go after their goals.

My advice to Oprah Winfrey is to keep talking to women who are living their dreams. Inspire them to pursue their dreams and guide them along the way. So, if you feel that you are ready, it is time to start the journey that you have always wanted to take.
